10. SHOPEE Account Balance

 11. SHOPEE Warranty Policy

11.1 SHOPEE Guarantee is a service provided by SHOPEE or a unit authorized by SHOPEE to protect transactions. To prevent liability risk, the amount paid by Buyer to Seller for an order will be retained by SHOPEE or a SHOPEE-authorized entity (“SHOPEE Guarantee Account”). The seller will not receive interest or any other benefit on funds in the SHOPEE secured account.

11.2 After the Buyer has paid for the Order ("Buyer Pays"), the Buyer's payment will remain in the SHOPEE Guarantee Account until:

13. Female Shipping

15. Seller's Responsibilities

16. Charges

16.3 Payment of Fees
